Informed by the waxing and waning moon, our Chandrasa workshops are a reflection of the energy the moon cycle has on us. Every new and full moon, we host something special at our centre. It’s an opportunity for our community, both members and non-members, to transform and balance their physical, spiritual, mental and emotional states.
Drawn from the Indian philosophy of shunyata, the idea that everything emerges from and returns to nothingness. Our meditation workshops lead to a gleaming mind through the power of concentration or dharana.
The process: a teacher-led session where you connect with your breath, bring clarity to your thoughts, and reduce the flow and frequency of these thoughts. Ideal to ease stress, bring mindfulness, and promote inner peace.
