Getting Started

Our programming is designed to meet you wherever you are - whether that's your very first class or you're an expert. Start with a simple session like Hatha Basic or Warm Stretch; they're gentle, and our teachers offer modifications for every posture. If you'd like guidance, our guest representatives will happily recommend the perfect class for you.

Of course! We offer chargeable introductory classes so you can experience the space, the teachers, and the energy of Lifeyoga before making a decision.

Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. We take care of the rest - premium Manduka yoga mats, high-quality props, and fresh linens are provided for every class. Our centre also has fully appointed changing suites, personal lockers, hot showers, toiletries, and steam rooms for your post-practice ritual.

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early. This gives you time to transition into the space, use the changing suites, and settle into the quietude of the studio before your session begins.

Your Practice

You can reserve your mat through our website at life-yoga.com or through the Lifeyoga app, available on both the Apple app store and Google play store . We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot - while we do welcome walk-ins, mats are limited and we can't guarantee availability without a reservation.

Every class at Lifeyoga is marked with an intensity level - Simple (perfect for beginners), Moderate (you'll work up a sweat), or Challenging (for seasoned practitioners). And if you're ever unsure, our guest representatives are just a phone call away.

Most sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the style and format. Certain specialised experiences like Yoga Relay run the full 90 minutes, taking you through multiple styles with different teachers.

Yes. You can manage your bookings through the website or app. We do encourage advance notice so that we can offer your spot to another student. Please check our booking policies for specific timelines.

To honour the focus of the class and the experience of every student in the room, we do not allow entry after 5 minutes from the start of a session.

We offer 3-month , 6-month , and annual membership , each giving you access to our full schedule of group classes, premium amenities, and member-exclusive sessions. Our aim is to make your practice consistent and sustainable. Visit the Membership page for current plans and pricing.

Our Space

Our centre is fitted with a Treated Fresh Air (TFA) filtration system with high-quality HEPA filters, ensuring constant ventilation, fresh airflow, and clean breathing conditions in every studio - including our heated rooms.

At Lifeyoga, every mat is sanitised and every studio is thoroughly cleaned after each class. Fresh linens are provided for every session. All shared props - blocks, straps, wheels, bolsters - are regularly sterilised.

Yes. We've partnered with Eleved - a wellness-led eatery located within our centre. They offer thoughtfully prepared food, beverages, and a retail and grocery experience that complements your practice beautifully.

Your Wellbeing

Please let our guest representatives know about any injuries or medical conditions before class, and they'll ensure your teacher is briefed in advance. Our teachers are trained to offer modifications that support your body, not push it. For more specific therapeutic needs, our private sessions can be tailored entirely around your recovery. We always recommend consulting your doctor before beginning or resuming practice after an injury.

Very much so. Classes like Yoga Reset, Yin, Yog Nidra, and Hatha Basic are gentle, prop-supported, and designed to accommodate varying levels of mobility. Our special Yoga Reset is ideal for older adults.

Our dedicated Prenatal Yoga classes are designed for all three trimesters - supporting your body's changing needs through gentle asanas, pranayama, yog nidra, and mantra recitations. Please inform our guest representatives so we can ensure the most comfortable experience for you, and consult your doctor before attending.

Our centre features wheelchair-accessible entrances and exits. We strive to make yoga welcoming and accessible to as many people as possible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out to us at +91-8448983718 - we'll do our best to ensure your visit is comfortable and fully supported.
